Firstly what is automation?

As we all know importance of automation in todays era. every industry working on automation and trying to make things or machines automatic

so AUTOMATION means making machines automatic without using man power, automation help to yield good product quality , reduce error from production of product, main factor is to provide safety.

In automation field main feature is safety, so now you might be thinking about how it provide safety?

So sensor mostly provide safety. like safety sensor used in  most of the industry for labour safety.

In Industrial automation there are many machine work on automation , automation used there to check product automatically by using programming did while building project

These two are corelated with each other , PLC is programmable logic controller is like arduino or mocrocontroller which can be programmed by LADDER LOGIC DIAGRAM

Also HMI is HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE, it is used to provide visual interface for human

It became as asset between human and machine

It works like ATM machine
